What are common Causes for Boils?
Most of the time boils just sprout out on a certain part of our skin. It makes us think what causes for it to grow on our skin. And we think what we may have done in the past that may have caused this boil.
There are several causes and reasons why boils appear and occur on our skin. Boils can be caused by ingrown hairs. Some can be caused by a splinter or other foreign matter that accidentally got lodged or inserted in our skin. Some boils, that are also called cystic acne is caused by clogged sweat glands or oil ducts.
Our skin is a part of our immune system. It shields us from foreign materials and bacteria that can enter and infect our bodies. Once we have any skin opening, that is caused by a cut, wound or scrape. Abscess can easily develop. Like with boils.
Majority of boils that occur on our skin is caused by a bacteria called, Staphylococcal. This bacteria enters our body through small cuts or scrapes on our skin. Once this bacteria enters our body it travels to the hair follicles.
But people with these condition, (which will be mentioned later on) our more prone to have boils or they can easily have boils.
People with:
- Diabetes
- Kidney problems
- Dirty living condition
- Problems with their immune system
- Poor nutrition
- Bad hygiene
- Long exposure to harsh chemicals
Majority, any person can have boils. But if you have any of these conditions, as we have mentioned above. It is easier for you to get infected and have a boil. There are some over the counter medication for boils. But the key is to have good hygiene. Not only good hygiene, but also clean surroundings. It minimizes the risks of you having a boil if you maintain your place clean.
Eat healthy food and don’t eat too much instant and fast food. Because these kind of food tend to have high oil content and as a result your oil ducts will get easily clogged.
The most common Boils Causes
Few things are as painful as boils, and although many have suffered, few know why they occur, while most, myself included, prefer to call them simply ‘born’.
As ordered, but warning that severe or repeated cases must always be for the doctor, ever on some recommendations that some help when you receive one of these babies.
A boils is an infection caused by bacteria called Staphylococcus, which is planted deep in a hair follicle injury. They tend to appear more on the face, neck, buttocks and groin. Pilas.
Care. They appear as a small red lump under the skin and fill with pus and grow more than a centimeter, although their size depends on the depth of the hair follicle affected. A deeper, more is born. There.
Clean. With a clean cloth and smeared with iodine alcohol esmérese to keep the baby and your neighborhood clean. Do this at least three times a day and do not forget bathing in the shower, never in a tub or shower if you want the water issue is by other parties.
Leave your hands still and not even think about tightening. Remember that these bacteria can travel through the blood and planted in other organs. Do not bother, much less if the birth is on the face, nose, groin and armpit. Do not play your surgeon.
Remember. Many infants can heal themselves. They burst alone, drain and heal. Quiet.
Warmth. The warm water compresses are blessed. They favor the drainage and speed healing. Apply at least three times a day. Believe me, that works.
